Juliet Morgan, MD, is an integrative psychiatrist and neuropsychiatrist serving patients in the Bay Area. She earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Morgan completed residencies in both neurology and psychiatry, followed by a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. She offers in-person appointments in San Francisco and Marin, as well as virtual consultations.
Dr. Morgan's practice blends integrative psychiatry and psychotherapy, weaving her neurologic expertise with training in psychoanalysis, functional medicine, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), advanced nutrition, and sleep medicine. She treats a broad spectrum of mental health complaints, with a focus on OCD, women's mental health, anxiety, and trauma. She emphasizes non-pharmacologic treatments, using psychotropic medications where necessary.
In addition to her general practice, Dr. Morgan specializes in integrative neuropsychiatric care of people with Long Covid, EDS, ME/CFS, MCAS, and broader post-infectious syndromes. Her work in the field of Long Covid has been featured in several media outlets including KQED, Vox, and CBS. Dr. Morgan is the co-author of the book Long Illness: A Practical Guide to Surviving, Healing, and Thriving, published by Hachette Go. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California San Francisco where she leads their neuropsychiatry curriculum.
